Back Massage Therapy

Massage therapy has numerous benefits for both the body and mind. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, relieve muscle tension and pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Regular massage sessions can also boost the immune system and improve overall well-being.

My services

Registered Massage therapy

All of my services are covered by extended health care

(Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife, Manlife ECT).

Pre / Postnatal Massage

My wife Sequoia gave birth to our first child on sep 14th 2024, and our little

girl Poppy is amazing! I am trained pre and postnatal massage, but I have gained

a far deeper understanding and appreciation for it while treating my wife

throughout her pregnancy and recovery.

Sports Massage

Before becoming an RMT, I was a competitive figure skate. I competed

internationally and even at the Canadian Olympic trials. As an RMT, I understand

the different needs of athletes as I have worked and trained with many in

multiple sports.

Massage for Orthopaedic Injuries Acute and Chronic

When I was in school I broke my knee in a snowboarding accident, not the

bones themselves, but the Ligaments (the things that hold bones together). With

the help of my teachers, the silver lining was the deep understanding when

learning how to nurse myself back from not being able to walk up stairs, to

riding a bike, to half marathons, to where I am now.

Massage Headaches & TMJ

Headaches are a common problem in my life, whether due to stress, weather,

or muscle tension, I understand and help many patients with similar complaints.

Massage for Nurological Conditions and Edama

During my time in school and clinical practice, I have seen numerous patients

with a multitude of conditions. Including Cerebral palsy, Fibromyalgia,

Para/Quadriplegia, Parkinson's, various Neuropathy's and more, these listed are

just a few I have experience with. Don't see a condition you're curious about,

just email me.

Trauma Informed Massage

Safety, comfort and patient empowerment are all important in a massage, but these goals and more are reinforced over a gentle, unstructured intake discussion, that may cover topics such as touch history, support systems, coping strategy's, body awareness, and presence. The entire process is approached not with sympathy, but with genuine compassion.
